Voice works as your gateway for us to speak to your customers as your business. As a general rule we do not say we are calling on behalf of (excluding federal and state government or if there are regulatory issues such as floats) we represent your firm as your staff. Our training and implementation strategies that set us apart from our competitors allow for a transparent interface that you can login to or even hear your clients call live. Our reports are in locked crystal code that does not allow tampering or changing before client delivery. Each agent that represents your firm must pass the initial and ongoing training at no less than 97%.

Your agents are based within the state or country of origin, for example if we are calling or taking calls with a firm based in Sydney, all agents will be housed in Sydney or within Australia. If we are taking calls from Spain, our agents will be housed in Madrid or at least in Spain. Contrary to belief, SD believes a localised solution is paramount to a global market.

We have multilingual agents available if required for (example) Chinese corporations where multiple dialects are used. We treat the voice delivery very seriously to ensure your customer has the very best possible experience when taking to your business through SD.
